  • Our intimate cocktail bar in Brighton

If you’re looking for something a little different to the typical cocktail bar, Brighton’s Helm Gallery welcomes you to indulge in the fabulous flavours created by our mixologists, served in a smart, sophisticated setting.

Here at Helm Gallery, we want to offer an enhanced experience for all locals and visitors to Brighton. Cocktails crafted with the finest ingredients, specially sourced and selected is one way we do this... alongside access to inspirational exhibitions featuring some of the finest artists breaking onto the scene today.

    Cocktail Bar Brighton

Brighton cocktails with an ethical twist

Another thing we do differently in our cocktail bar is to take a strong ethical angle in our spirits and champagne selections, while also partnering with producers who have their own links with the art world. Traceability, accountability, and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.

When it’s too early for cocktails, our bar also serves high quality coffee, providing a comfortable space to meet with friends, rest after a walk along the beach (just over 10 minutes away by foot) or simply to relax and reflect on the artwork being absorbed during your tour of the gallery.

    Our signature cocktails

With such a special collection of drinks on the shelf, we’ve been able to craft a cocktail menu to offer a feast for the taste buds, after our world-class art collection has sated your visual senses.

Our self-named signature cocktail - the Helm Royale - combines Roebuck Classis Cuvée, Sapling Vodka, Creme de Cassis and Blackberry for a full-flavoured and fruity refreshment – highly recommended to round-off your Helm experience.

With a Chilli Peach Margarita, Rosemary Negroni and also featuring, why not take a quick look at the full Helm Gallery cocktail menu to see what your first order will be?

    Cocktails, events and more...
