Purchase & delivery
We are a cashless business but we accept all major debit and credit cards online and in store.
You can also spread the cost of your purchase across ten months, interest free, using Own Art. To read more about Own Art, click here.
In an art gallery, each purchase is unique and so a 'one size fits all' approach to shipping doesn't always work.
Depending on your chosen piece, there are different ways we may delivery this to you.
Artworks can be delivered using Royal Mail, UPS, or specialist courier with the relevant level of insurance. The delivery fee will be calculated at the checkout and added to your total.
If you live closeby, we will arrange delivery direct to you, without the use of a courier.
You can also collect your artwork from the gallery. To opt for collection, click 'pick up' when you get to the check out.
If you have purchased artwork that is currently part of an exhibition, delivery will be arranged after the exhibition has ended.
If you have questions about delivery please contact us - info@helm-gallery.com
Some artists produce certificates to accompany their work. If this is the case, we will provide this to you.
If the artist does not provide a certificate of authenticity, we can provide a proof of purchase, upon request.
