Helm Terms of Sale:

 

Cancellation and refunds:

For online orders only: If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, your request must be made in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. 

For in store purchases: Refunds must be processed using the original payment method and will only be given in the following instances:

- The goods received are faulty (and the faults have not been specified at the time of purchase)

- The goods initially ordered are unavailable

- The goods provided differ from those originally ordered

 
If you purchase items using the Own Art Scheme and cancel your credit agreement for whatever reason, you must immediately arrange alternative payment for any items purchased under the scheme. Cancellation of your agreement does not constitute an entitlement to a refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
 
Deposits:


All deposits taken for goods are non-refundable. Before any goods are dispatched the outstanding balance must be paid in full. Deposits are of a minimum of 50% of the total cost of the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing by a member of management.
 
Exchanged goods:
 
Helm gallery will accept exchanges for goods in the following instances:

- Exchanges must be used towards a product of equal or greater value than the original purpose

- Exchanges are requested within 14 days of receipt of the original purchase 

- Exchanged items have not been subject to any customisation (this includes bespoke framing)

- Items eligible for exchange must be inspected and terms of exchange agreed by a member of the management team.

Delivery:
 
Every work ordered will be shipped out as soon as possible. If you are purchasing a piece from an exhibition, delivery / collection will be arranged after the closing date of the show. You will be made aware of this at the point of sale. 
 
Items delivered outside the UK:


Orders that are delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These additional costs are outside our control and must be payable by the customer to the local organisation concerned. We accept no liability for failure to comply with any local laws or regulations.
 
Anti-Money laundering procedures:
 
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations we are legally required to carry out checks using your personal information when required. Additional information may also be requested in lines with the requirements of the checks in progress. You will be informed of these checks taking place and the necessary information needed (consent to these checks are not legally required to carry them out, however).

Collections:
 
Customers are required to collect their order within 14 days of the customer being notified that the order is ready to collect. This may be extended only through conversation with a member of the management team.
 
Customers will receive notification that their order is ready via their preferred communication channel specified at the time of purchase, otherwise they will be contacted via email and phone call.
 
VAT:
 
The price of products sold in the gallery and online are inclusive of VAT. Please specify at the time of purchase or contact us via info@helm-gallery.com should you require a VAT invoice.
