From coffee, to cocktails

Here at Helm, your experience is everything. That's why, to supplement our world-class collection of art, we've also added a hybrid bar to enhance your visit.

Our drinks

Open for the duration of our working day, our bar area is open 6 days-a-week and offers craft coffee, cocktails, champagne and wine. We've carefully chosen a select group of brands to work with to help us provide a prestigious and ethical offering for all of our visitors. Whether you're a collector, an artist, or just passing by, our bar remains wholeheartedly committed to providing quality and expertise.

Craft House Coffee

Based in Wivelsfield Green just outside of Brighton, Craft House Coffee was founded in 2015 and to this day all of their coffee remains ethically traded with full traceability to the farm's origin. They're a principled, independent business that we're proud to be working with.

Ruinart Champagne

The world’s first champagne house founded in 1729, Ruinart's relationship with art is historically rooted. Present in more than 30 international art fairs in Europe, Asia and North America, including the most prestigious: Art Basel, Frieze, FIAC, the maison has never stopped developing their relationship with the art industry.

El Rayo Tequila

From Peckham to Jalisco... Founded by two best friends of 20 years El Rayo is a company grounded in authenticity. Geared towards a relentless pursuit of excellence they work with only the best producers to ensure that their tequila conveys a modern, down-to-Earth impression of Mexico. El Rayo are all about discovery, they frequently collaborate with artists on print releases to maintain a strong creative streak in everything that they do.

Elephant Gin

Elephant Gin is a company with ethics at the heart of everything they do. Inspired by the founders' trips across Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa, they sought to create a brand that aided with the conservation efforts of the African Elephant. The resulting gin is small batch, hand-crafted and made with the upmost care. Each bottle carries the name of an elephant that their partner foundations currently help to protect. 15% of bottle profits or 2% of revenue (whichever is higher) is donated to elephant conservation projects. To date over one million euros has been donated to their partner foundations, a number that keeps growing year after year.

Roebuck Estates Sparkling Wine

Located close to the pretty market town of Petworth in West Sussex, Roebuck Estates was established in 2013 by two friends who shared a passion for great wine and had a clear vision: to craft exceptional vintage sparkling wines every single year using estate-grown fruit from the finest vineyard sites.

Sapling Vodka

Sapling exists for three reasons; to help lead the way with sustainability in the drinks industry, tackle climate change, and make world class spirits. They focus on reforestation, regenerative farming, waste reduction and eco packaging to create a truly forward thinking brand of alcohol. Sapling's spirits are made exclusively in the UK and benefits communities across the country with their initiatives – for every bottle sold, they plant a tree, from fruit trees in London to oak trees in Bristol, they're ensuring that their impact is offset in every way possible.

Cocktails

With a seasonal menu that combines quality ingredients with unique flavours, our cocktails are set to enhance your visit. Plus, most of the spirits that we use are registered B-Corps – a certification that guarantees that a company is meeting high-standards of accountability, verified performance and transparency when it comes to employee benefits, charity and offsetting their environmental impact.
