Andre Schulze is a contemporary artist from Dresden, Germany who specialises in reappropriating vintage imagery and works and juxtaposing their subject matter with modern motifs, humour and attention to detail. 

His most well-known style consists of pixelating these images, an at once jarring and satisfying method of reinterpretation, providing a dialogue between traditional imagery and a symbol of technology. 

His works are expertly executed and full of subtle detailing. His ever growing reputation has seen multiple sold-out print editions with his original works becoming ever more sought after across the world.
