Robert Provenzano, professionally known as CES, is an American artist and leader of the ‘Wildstyle’ alphabet reconfiguration in contemporary graffiti. His innovations have influenced an entire generation of graffiti writers across the United states and beyond.
CES began developing his signature style from the age of 13, when he became completely enamoured with the culture. He has since gone on to have work featured in The New York Times, The Source, Mass Appeal, Complex, Juxtapoz and TimeOut-New York.
His aesthetic has become emblematic of the New York scene and represents a crucial snapshot in the culture's history.
