Helm presents DISRUPTION, a group show exploring disruptive artists, rebellious figures throughout history and art’s ability to educate, inspire and empower people to act.
Contemporary art has always been used as a vessel for challenging the status quo, no matter if it’s the subversion of elitist norms through the rise of pop-art, Dadaism’s
rejection of logic and reason or graffiti’s eternal element of controversy and vandalism, visual art is often the voice of counterculture around the world. DISRUPTION aims to
champion artists renowned for going against the grain, filling our exhibition hall with symbols of rebellion.
Featuring rare works from over 10 different artists and spanning a variety of mediums, this diverse exhibition of prints and original works will showcase the global power of nonconformism and creativity.
